Genekam Purification of PCR product kit is a simple to use kit to isolate the gel agarose bands. User can isolate DNA from gel agarose through mini columns and after that they are washed. At the end, these are eluted with elution buffer. Purified DNA can be used for genesequencing, cloning, analysis and other purposes. Spectrometric values of isolated DNA can be calculated. The shelf life of the kit is two years. There is no use of toxic substances like phenol and chloroform in this kit.
